Conditioning

DAYS and TIMES: Conditioning is usually 3 times a week (MWF) from 3:45 – 4:30pm, but check the schedule for exact days and times. (No conditioning Wed, Jan 11)

LOCATION: At the outdoor basketball courts located between the middle school pool, the mini gym and the field. We’ll to conditioning RAIN or SHINE! We’ll exercise mostly under the solar panels if it’s raining.

BRING:

  • Full water bottle
  • Running shoes
  • Enthusiasm!

REGISTRATION:

Don’t forget you must have your registration for the team complete to attend!

Your attendance at conditioning will determine your choice of setup and cleanup duties. It will also prepare you for tryouts!
