Conditioning starts after the Winter Break in January!

Conditioning is usually 3 times a week from 3:45 – 4:30pm (if on campus) or 4:00 – 4:45pm (if via Zoom). Check the schedule for exact days and times.

If conditioning is via Zoom, please find the Zoom Link in Remind or email Coach Maren.
*Have a full water bottle, a towel or mat, a racket and a birdie and a jump rope. (Let Coach Maren know if you need one.)

Your attendance at conditioning will determine your choice of setup and cleanup duties! Make up workout info below:
