Conditioning starts Monday, December 9!
Conditioning is once a week in December on Mondays from 3-3:45 pm, starting December 9 (yes, during the break too!)
Conditioning is twice a week in January, Mondays and Fridays 3-3:45 pm, starting January 6 through January 31.
Regular practice schedule starts February 3.
Rain or shine! Meet under the solar panels next to the basketball courts (behind the mini gym) and be ready to go right at 3!
Wear workout clothes and shoes good for running and lateral moves (cross trainers are ideal).
*Bring a full water bottle.
Conditioning is mandatory! Read below ONLY IF you cannot make any of the sessions at school (or you need a vacation workout):

- Email or text Coach Maren, so she can send you the link to a specific workout after you’ve signed up.
- You’ll need a jump rope. Let Coach Maren know if you need one to take home. (Coach will provide them if you’re coming to the workout after school.)
