Conditioning starts Monday, January 25!
Conditioning is twice a week January 25 through February 5 on Mondays and Fridays, 3-3:40 pm.
Conditioning is three times a week February 8 – March 19, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 3-3:40 pm.
Regular practice (in person if we are in the orange or better tier) schedule starts March 22. Games April 5 – May 28.

*Have a full water bottle, a towel and a jump rope (Let Coach Maren know if you need one.).
